5-202.14 - --The carbonator for the soda pop machine has a vented dual check valve that has corrosion around the vent and the dual check valve is rusted. Let the manager know that this needs to be replaced.
KDA_3_10111 - --In the bar there are liquors/bottles that have small insects floating inside. They are as follows: Parrot Bay Coconut Rum (750 mL bottle) 1/6th bottle - small ants floating inside Grenadine (1 quart bottle) 3/4 bottle - small ants floating inside Sloe Gin (1 L bottle) 3/4 bottle - small ants floating inside Corrected on Site (COS) - the manager present dumped these bottles down the sink. Emailed links with different pour lid options that have protection against small insect entering the bottles.
