KDA_3_30412A - --Dispenser measuring cup without handle stored in and touching the contents (sugar). PIC removed and will get proper scoop to dispense from container.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --East end of bar with a small ice maker that has liquid water flowing between the cutters before becoming solid developing pink mold that is coating the plastic bib tray. PIC (Person in charge)advised that a new replacement ice maker is in the basement awaiting installation. PIC expects this will be done this week and elected to discontinue use of this unit and draw ice when needed from other large ice maker on site in kitchen area.
KDA_5_20212A - --Hot water delivered to the north hallway kitchen hand sink only delivers at 84 when pressing the combination foot pedals. Service person came on site while inspection was going on. Fixed immediately and recorded the fixed temperature at 127.1
KDA_6_30112 - --North hand sink hand wash towel dispenser was empty. Person in charge refilled immediately.
KDA_7_20111B - --Open box roll of plastic food film wrap located too close and slightly under the hand soap dispenser, allowing some rinsed off hand water to land on the plastic edge of the container. This was at the north wall hand washing sink. No splashing was noticed on the film itself and the PIC removed from that area.
