The time of the unit was not changed at the time of daylight savings time and indicates the time being 1 hour different from what is actual time. Corrected on site Manager updated the time on the machine.
- KDA_4_60111A - --2 metal spreaders of 4 has dried on food debris and are stored as clean. 2 of 15 rubber scrapers have dried on food debris and are stored as clean. 2 steam table pans of 18 have dried food debris and are stored as clean. A large number of food containers has residue of date labels and are stored as clean. Corrected on site first 4 items were placed to be cleaned. Food containers were removed from service until labels are removed.
