  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --Pooled eggs 55F were in container stored on ledge next to the stove. PIC stated the eggs had been sitting out for 30 mins. COS, eggs place into reach in cooler.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --Cooked chicken was stored in a plastic food storage container with cracks in the plastic. COS, chicken removed for the container.
  • KDA_5_20511B - --A food cooking pot was stored in the handsink. COS, item removed.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --The handsink in the back food prep area was slow draining.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --Dried food debris was on the floor and under the 3 compartment sink. Grease buildup was around the grease trap and under the 3 compartment sink area.
  • KDA_7_20612 - --A red rodent bait packet was stored on the floor behind a reach in cooler. The rodent bait packet was not in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. COS, rodent bait removed.
  • KDA_Defacto - --Containers of cooked chicken were in the reach in cooler without a preparation date. PIC stated the chicken was cooked on the evening of 12/2/15,less than 24 hours. --Hot water 106F, handsink. --Make table raw beef 36F RIC cooked chicken 38F All frozen foods were frozen in the reach in freezers. --Steam table cooked chicken 140F, beef 149F, and chicken in vegetables 151F.
