Located on the south wall storage rack in the pizza area, there were 31 plastic food containers stored as clean with sticky tape on the outside portion of the containers. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There was mold growth in the ice chute of both soda fountain machines. KDA_4_90311A - --Located at the east handsink (pizza area), there was a box of single use gloves stored close to the faucet and below the paper towel dispenser. When employees finish handwashing they reach for the paper towels and there is splash onto the box of gloves. KDA_4_90311B - --Located on the storage rack across from the fryer, there were metal containers stacked wet. KDA_5_20212A - --The left handsink is the men's restroom has a water temperature of 91.0F. (cos-employee adjusted the water temperature and is now above 100F. KDA_7_10211 - --Located in the maintenance room, there was no common name on a working bottle that held a pink liquid. The employee said the liquid was probably degreaser, but was not for sure. (cos-pink liquid dumped down mop sink) KDA_7_20111A - --Located on shelf beside the fryer, there was one bucket of sanitizer stored directly next to clean metal food pans with no separation or divider. (cos-bucket of sanitizer moved away from the food pans. KDA_7_20111B - --Located on the storage shelf across from the food preparation sink, there was one container of degreaser stored above single use portion cups.
