In the reach in cooler at the prep area: cut lettuce was 46.6F, sliced tomatoes 53.6F, 53.6F,gravy 47.6F. Person in charge said these items were prepped 30 minutes ago. COS-these items were placed in reached in cooler. Ambient of the reach in was 37.4F. In the drive through area, there was a single serve container of chocolate milk at 54.3F sitting on the counter. Person in charge said the reach in was over stocked, they were to be moved and had been sitting out for 10 minutes. COS-milk was moved to another reach in.
- KDA_4_60111A - --In the prep area, the reach in cooler had one lid on a container of lettuce that had sticker residue on it. Employee said, there would be more containers and lids with sticker residue. She did not know it had to be cleaned off. COS-Lid was replaced and other lids and containers that had sticker residue were placed at three compartment sink.
- KDA_4_60111C - --In the walk in cooler, there is dust on the fan covers.
- KDA_4_60211E4 - --The ledge inside the ice machine in the back room has black mold on it.
- KDA_6_50112A - --On the side of the cabinet holding the single serve cups next to the ice cream machine, there is ice cream debris on it.
