COS-Discussed silo system and employee/owner relocated chicken.
- KDA_3_10111 - --In walk in freezer, cooked/cooled sweet and sour chicken stored in nonfood grade raw chicken box. COS-owner placed chicken into a food grade container and returned to walk in freezer. Future use of raw chicken containers will require discard of the cooked product. KDA district manager ok'd disposition without disposal, due to cooking process to over 165.0 when cooked for service. Raw chicken box was discarded.
