COS- labeled. Located on a shelf above the chest freezer, there was an unlabeled container of white powder which the PIC identified as cornstarch. COS- labeled. Located a the back of the kitchen, there were four unlabeled large containers of white powders which the PIC identified as flour, sugar, MSG, and cornstarch. COS- labeled. Located on the small shelf next to the grill, there were two small unlabeled containers of white powder which the PIC identified as salt and MSG. COS- labeled.
- KDA_3_30412B - --There was a scoop without a handle stored in contact with the rice located in the large rice bin. COS- removed scoop.
- KDA_3_50113A - --Located on the prep table next to the wok, there was a bowl of raw shrimp thawing. COS- moved to RIC.
- KDA_3_50114A2 - --Located in the Hussmann RIC, there were two containers of cooked white rice at 45F and 45F that had cooled overnight in plastic containers with the lids on. The cooling process started at 10:00 last night. COS- discarded rice.
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located in the make table (MT), there was a pan of raw egg at 49F on top of the plastic containers in the MT. The person in charge (PIC) stated that it had been put in the MT at 11:30 this morning. COS- moved egg to RIC under the MT.

COS- moved to wash area. Located on a prep table in the back of the kitchen, there were three large knives stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area.

There is grease on the side of the fryers and the wok. There is grease and food debris on the shelf above the wok. The vent hood over the grill and wok is soiled with grease. The inside of the microwave is soiled with food debris.
