KDA_3_10111 - --In the kitchen Reach in cooler(RIC)there was a container of deli meat with mold growth and a container of cheese with mold growth. Corrected on site(COS) discarded meat and cheese.
KDA_3_30211A1b - --In retail display there were raw eggs stored next to sliced ready to eat cheese. No sign of leakage. COS- moved cheese.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --In kitchen: box of seasoning and stored on floor. In ice area: slim jims stored on floor. Counter area: chips stored on floor.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In kitchen RIC had container of cooked sausage with out date marking. Person in charge stated they were opened from original container 2 days ago. Only item lacking date marking. COS- dated
