Corrected on Site (COS) - he corrected the date. In the cooler in the kitchen there is an open container of ready-to-eat ham. There is a paper on the fridge with opening dates listed for ham packages. The most recent date listed is 10/1. The manager said they had a tournament on 10/15 and that was when they opened their ham. COS - he corrected the date.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the windowed cooler there are four containers with lids that have been cut to allow handles for spoons to stick out of the containers. Let the managers know that containers cannot be cut/sliced as they are. COS - replacing the lids to these containers.
KDA_4_60111A - --There are seven containers storing food (the food is prepackaged in the containers). The seven containers have stickers on the outside of the containers remaining from the original manufacturer labeling when the containers were purchased. A manager said they do wash the containers prior to using them to store food. COS - the stickers were removed from the containers.
KDA_Defacto - --Please monitor the door seals of your coolers to ensure they do not have a buildup of crumbs/debris in them. --The bottle of bleach on site says "Do not use on silverware." Please ensure that you have bleach that is labeled for use on sanitizing food contact surfaces.
