KDA_3_50116B - --Setting at room temperature west of the kitchen reach in cooler: half case of raw shell eggs 66 F. The eggs had been setting at room temperature for three hours, as per employee. (COS-placed in cooler). KDA_3_50118A2 - --Two open gallons of milk were held two days in the kitchen reach in cooler with no consume by date label, as per employee. (COS-dated).
