KDA_3_50114A1 - --Cooked chili in the make table measured 106F at 3:53pm. The chili was in a deep container with a lid on it. The owner stated the chili had been placed in an ice bath prior to going into the make table. Per the owner, the chili had been placed in the cooler at 1:30pm. COS-VD
KDA_3_50114A2 - --Gravy in the WIC measured 68.9F at 4:15pm. The gravy looked as if it had been taken directly from the steam kettle and placed into the WIC with the scoop and lid still on it. The gravy had been placed in the cooler at 10:30am. COS-VD
KDA_3_50118A1 - --Open containers of pizza sauce in the make table as well as the WIC was dated for 11/9/15. It was held greater than 7 days. COS-voluntary destruction (VD)
