KDA_3_30211A1b - --Raw pork sausage is being stored over ready to eat (RTE) chili in the make table. Corrected on site (COS)-moved sausage to different shelf. KDA_3_50114A1 - --Cooked chili in the make table measured 106F at 3:53pm. The chili was in a deep container with a lid on it. The owner stated the chili had been placed in an ice bath prior to going into the make table. Per the owner, the chili had been placed in the cooler at 1:30pm. COS-VD KDA_3_50114A2 - --Gravy in the WIC measured 68.9F at 4:15pm. The gravy looked as if it had been taken directly from the steam kettle and placed into the WIC with the scoop and lid still on it. The gravy had been placed in the cooler at 10:30am. COS-VD KDA_3_50118A1 - --Open containers of pizza sauce in the make table as well as the WIC was dated for 11/9/15. It was held greater than 7 days. COS-voluntary destruction (VD) KDA_3_50118A2 - --An open container of beef sausage in the make table was not dated. The owner stated it was opened on 11/16/15. COS-dated KDA_4_50111A - --The make table condenser is leaking into the make table. There are pools of liquid in the bottom of the make table. The owner has rags in the bottom to soak up the pools of water. KDA_4_60211E4 - --The inside of the ice bin had black mold. Advised it needs to be cleaned. KDA_5_20515B - --The drain to the handwashing in the kitchen sink leaks when in use. The hot water does not work on the 3 compartment sink and kitchen handwashing sink unless you turn the valve on below the handwashing sink. Once you turn on the hot water valve, the hot water line leaks. KDA_6_50112A - --The floor beside and under the ice machine has a lot of trash, dirt, and old food. Advised to clean.
