(cos-re-dated salads to include the date they were made) In the retail meat case, packaged on site fully cooked pork patties, grilled chicken breasts, breaded beef patties, chicken patties, and chicken nuggets were dated for 27 days. They were all marked with a discard date of 1/2/16 and they were packaged on 12/7/15. (cos-meat manager re-dated items)Located in the produce retail cooler, there was packaged on-site cut honey dew dated 12/7-1217. They were dated for more than 7 days. (cos-cut melons re-dated)
