KDA_3_50116A2 - --Sliced tomatoes in the MT had a temperature of 47 F. PIC said they were sliced and put in the table 1 hour ago. The MT was not filled with crocks to keep the cold air in the MT and the lid was open. COS, crocks put in to fill the space. Ambient temperature of the MT was 39 F.
