KDA_4_30114 - --There is grease accumulation on the walls and equipment surrounding the flat top. There is grease accumulation on the order monitor, the conduit for the fire suppression system. the paper towel dispenser, and the hand soap dispenser. KDA_4_60111A - --Food storage containers stored as clean below the ice cream topping prep table had sticky residue and dried food debris on them. COS, moved to be cleaned and sanitized. On a shelf below the beverage station utensils were stored as clean in a Sterilite container. Inside the container was food debris and some of the utensils had sticky residue on them.
