KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located in the RIC next to the ice cream machine, there were two individual bottles of chocolate milk and six individual bottles of regular milk at 52F and a cup with 11 single serve cups of half and half at 51F. Person in charge (PIC) indicated that they had been in that RIC overnight. COS- discarded milk and half and half. Located in the kitchen make table (MT), there were two containers of shredded lettuce at 49F and two containers of sliced tomatoes at 46F. PIC indicated that the lettuce had been in the MT overnight and the tomatoes had been stocked in the MT at 9:00 this morning. COS- discarded lettuce and put tomatoes in a container that had been in the walk in freezer (WIF) to chill. KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on a dish shelf next to the three vat sink, there was one plastic food container that was cracked in several places. COS- discarded. KDA_4_30111 - --The ambient air temperature of the RIC next to the ice cream machine was 52.7F. COS- discarded all potentially hazardous foods. KDA_4_60111A - --Located in a drawer under the coffee counter, there was one knife and one can opener stored as clean that were soiled with food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the dish rack next to the three vat sink, there were two metal food containers stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area.
