KDA_3_50118A1 - --There is an open package of ready-to-eat hot dogs in the cooler in the kitchen. The clubhouse manager said this hot dogs were opened 10/10 for a tournament. COS - she discarded the hot dogs upon request.
KDA_4_204112B - --There are no thermometers inside of the coolers or freezer.
KDA_4_30112B - --There are large coolers in the dry storage room that were identified as used for drinks being carried out onto the golf course. These coolers will not fit inside of the 3 vat sink. COS - the clubhouse manager is completing a variance request for their cleaning process today.
