  • KDA_4_50111A - --There is ice build up on the door seals to the reach in freezer and on the inside. A work order has been issued for the unit.
  • KDA_4_50111B - --On the Beverage-Air RIC, the lower left door gasket is torn at the upper corner. This does not provide a good seal.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --In the east side drawers there were 2 metal ladles with sticker/residue left on the handles and once metal scoop with dried food debris on the inside and stored clean. COS-moved all items to the ware wash area.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --There is a minor leak at a connection tube below the mechanical dish machine when it is in use.
  • KDA_7_10211 - --In the dirty dish window there was a grey plastic bucket with sudsy clear liquid and not labeled. An employee said it was soap and water. COS-labeled bucket.
