- KDA_3_30412A - --In the steam table a pair of serving tongs is stored with direct contact to ready to eat beef strips. Corrected on site tongs were removed from container and taken to be cleaned.
- KDA_3_50114A2 - --A container of BBQ pulled pork is stored on top of a microwave. The manager said the day shift had reheated the pulled pork to put some in the steam table. The manager said the day shift left at 1 and she didn't know when the pull pork had been placed on to of the microwave. Corrected on site Used the time of 1 oclock to use for cooling process, manager stored the pulled pork in the walk in cooler with the lid vented.

Corrected on site Manager had an employee reheat all items to 165 for 15 seconds. In a retail hot hold unit sandwich items time marked 10 am and stored in an open hot hold unit cheeseburgers #1 124.0, #2 126.5, #3 128.9 hamburger #1 110.1 #2 107.9, Grilled chicken #1 112.7, pulled pork 120.6 Manager checked the holding unit and the temperature was set on 113. Corrected on site Manager adjusted the unit dial to a higher temperature.
