KDA_3_50113A - --Sitting on the make table, was a plastic bag of raw frozen hamburger. Employee said it was sitting out for less then 5 minutes. Employee said they sit it out on counter or on top of grill shelf to thaw out. Educated on proper thawing. COS-Meat was moved to reach in cooler.
KDA_4_60111A - --Over the three compartment sink, there were two ladles stored as clean that had food debris and grease on them. COS-ladles were moved to the three compartment sink for washing.
KDA_4_60111C - --The grill surface on the right and the back guard have an accumulation of black grease and debris.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The ice machine that is located in the back, has black mold on the metal deflector. COS-ice machine was cleaned while inspector was typing.
KDA_6_50111 - --There are stained ceiling tile in the dry storage room.
KDA_6_50112A - --One vent above the hanging pans has dust.The baseboards in the dry storage room have an accumulation of black grease and debris. The walls around the trash can has an accumulation of dried on food and debris, and around the ice machine.
KDA_7_10211 - --Under the cash register, there was a spray bottle with a bluish liquid in it with out a common name. Employee said it was 409. COS-bottle was labeled. Sitting on East counter in the bar area, there was a spray bottle with a clear liquid in it with out a common name. Employee did not know what was in it. COS-Liquid was discarded.

The make table is not in use, employee asked if they could hold sliced lettuce and tomatoes on ice during busy time. Educated on proper cold holding. --Nacho cheese sauce, 155.2F.
