These items have been in the unit longer than 4 hours and were above the fill line. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 28.2F. COS-discarded the cheese. In the Dr. Pepper RIC, there was a gallon of milk at 44.1F, 1/2 a gallon of milk at 45.4F and another 1/2 gallon of milk at 44.3F. There was a packet of butter (keep refrigerated) at 49.3F. There was a packet of whipped spread (keep refrigerated) at 48.2F. There was an open bag of romaine salad at 49.1F and a large plastic food grade container of cut salad at 49.7F. All of these items have been in the unit longer than 4 hours. The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 44.6F. COS-discarded all potentially hazardous food from the unit.
