Employee said they had been out since noon and were pulled off east side make table and put on west line. COS-Items were placed in walk in cooler. In the front food area, single serve sour cream packets 47.4F. Person in charge said they had been out since 10:30. COS-sour cream was voluntarily discarded.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --In the walk in cooler, a lid with a piece missing out of it was on a container of lettuce. Above the three compartment sink, there was one lid with a crack on the food contact surface. On the green rack in the food prep area, there were four containers with cracks and pieces missing from them. COS-all items were voluntarily discarded.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --Stored as clean in a container on the green rack in the food prep area, were four brown serving spoons with sticky debris on them. On the same green shelf, stored as clean were three containers that had an accumulation of black grease and debris on the ledge of the container. Person in charge said, this is what they use on steam table to hold the hamburger patties. COS- items were placed for rewashing.

  • KDA_4_60212B - --The warming oven, has dried on food debris. Person in charge said she knows it's to be cleaned daily. She said it only gets done once a week. She will see that it gets cleaned daily.
  • KDA_4_90311B - --In the food prep area, stored as clean on the green shelf were three containers that were stacked wet. COS-containers were rewashed.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --In the mop sink drain, there was trash and debris. COS-trash and debris were removed. There is dirt, grease and dirt debris around the grease container.
  • KDA_6_50118 - --Hand washing sink in the cashier area, has an accumulation of brown debris.
  • KDA_Defacto - --Cloth bucket was 200 PPM Quaternary. --Frozen food is frozen. --On the grill, hamburger patty 187F. --Reheated in the fryer, spicy chicken nuggets 168F. --Under the warming lamp, chicken nugget 133.2F. On food line in a drawer on the south end, wrapped baked potatoes and on the north end drawer, breaded chicken patty 193.3F. Front area, in a steam well, chili 185.6F. In the Henny Penny Warmer, hamburger patties 150.3F. --Vanilla frosty mix in machine 33.9F. Chocolate frosty mix in machine, 32.7F. Apple slices in drive through reach in, 41.9F. West side make table, lettuce leaves 42.1F. Reach in make table, shredded lettuce 41.4F. Walk in cooler, shredded lettuce 41.7F. Reach in cooler storing hamburger patties, ambient 40.6F.
