This is a big issue for me I come to this Burger King trying to get lunch @2:00 in the a.m. I work overnight and Burger King is open and I thought I woulgd get a good meal... I wanted a Tendergrill combo really bad... Well the service was bad 1. Was told the wait would be 10 minutes more like 20 minutes.
2. My Tendergrill was not cooked all the way... When I called back there to let them know the cashier stated well the broiler is broken and we cooked it in the oven and we didn't know IF it was Done...WHAT SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YALL PLAYED THE GUESSING GAME WITH PEOPLE FOOD!!! No sorry I apologize nothing
3. She didn't give me a receipt... When asked about my receipt that was broken too.
I 'm so upset right now spent my whole lunch break waiting on the food just for it to be uneatable... I give this Burger King the THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

Please whatever you do, remove the young lady in drive-thru. I have appeared at this establishment at least twice per week and my order is always incorrect.
1) she repeats items you never ask for
2) when corrected, she never reconfirms your order
3) if paying with cash, your receipt is never provided to you.
I understand this BK is in a high traffic area, but at this time of the day there is NO TRAFFIC, NO RUSH HOUR. Drive Thru personnel should be able to ascertain, listen and recite verbatim.
I am furious that I wasted the last of a very late lunch to order a #1 and it is not what I ordered!!
