I had never had a problem at the night or afternoon at that restaurant.. last Saturday me and my husband went to go and buy food we bought some meals and a freaking bacon cheese burger of $2.00 or so and a value fries for our daughter.. well they didn't give me the burger and the fries so we called and they didn't answer the phone (it wasn't busy at all at 11:15 am or so).. so we go back for her burger because we were gonna eat together to tell them about how they forgot that burger.. like i said it was a less than $2.00 burger.. well we go back and they start saying they packed the burger which i believe but they didn't give it to me.. beside they made me parked on the front of the store like with 3 more cars.. they could've mistaken and give it to someone else.. well they called me and my husband liers they didn't want to give me my money back or the burger.. they said we wanted free food.. we weren't askin for any other meals or said they forgot to give me the expensive burgers we got those i was just asking for my daughters burger.. we file a complaint which i thought it was going to corporate and it was the same manager responding so unprofessional that he was there in the kitchen when that happened.. what got us frustrated was that they were calling us liers.. and we had it to go to another jack to buy her her burger.. like i said we weren't asking for the other full meals we bought we were asking just for her burger or my money
