Bank of America locations in Las Vegas, NV

I've been banking with B of A for almost 30 years. I'm currently a Platinum customer, or at least your team thanks me for being one and go to the Charleston & Town Center Branch because it's close to my office. The last three times I've been in that branch, the lines are to the door, one person is behind the window and 2-3 people are asking the customers in line if they can help them. The times I've been in, they've helped maybe a few people in line, if you need to see a teller you wait. My last visit was a 20 minute wait. I also bank with Wells Fargo and Nevada State Bank, both of which offer superior customer service. None of the other B of A branches I've visited operate like this. To make matters worse the manager there is condescending and acts like she's doing me a favor for banking with you.
