I recently moved to Florida and wanted to be sure my account addresses and information was up to date. There was a line out the door for customers. The manager informed me there was a two hour wait to see a representative. So much for customer service. As a premiere customer, you would think they would like to keep my business. I will be moving to another bank.
The bank manager has no clue to add more help and simplify procedures. If you would like to waste you time and receive poor customer service, this is the branch for you. I was in this same branch in October or last year and had similar problems. Once I finally got to a teller and they found out I was a premiere customer, they informed me making a cashiers check would not cost anything. It still took for ever.
