Burger King locations in Detroit, MI

I have always liked Burger King because of the grilled taste. If you are any where close by you can smell the aroma beckoning your taste puds. Even though I do not eat fast food often, I will indulge when it comes to Burger King. The cost is affordable and the service is professional yet pleasant. I can remember as a teenager going to the Burger King with my sister on Fenkell Street near Livernois Street in Detroit Michigan. My sister would order a whooper, fries and vanilla milk shake. I would order a whaler, fries and a strawberry shake to go. We would walk home which was in the neighborhood eating as we walked. By the time we reached home we had eaten all of our food. The food was good then as it is now. However, I will say the size of the burgers and sandwiches has gotten smaller over the years. I would like to see the size become bigger that way there would be more to eat. Keep doing what you are doing because you are doing it right!

Afther getting off if work i went threw the drive threw.It was around 10:00pm i placed my order and waited on my food.As i am waiting i noticed one if the cups that my drink was being placed in was bent all around the rim.I was thinking that she too would notice and discard the cup.My daughter who is home from college was with me and pointed out that she had seen it also.The cashier continued to put the drink in the cup and at that point the drink overflowed.When she opened the window to give me my drinks i asked her to replace that one because it was now sticky and the lid would barely stay on.The cashier threw her hand up at me said"girl please" then proceed to call another worker that i was being petty and to hurry up with my food befor she goes off on me.She was talking soo loud that we could hear her threw the glass. She then gets the bag afther a few minutes and says is all the stuff in here cause i need to get rid of her because i dont have time for this.I get my bag make it home and it was no surprise that my order was wrong not only that but they didn't even bother to put one of my orders of fries in the bag at all.Needless to say i then returned because this was my family's dinner and i had spent over 15$ and my order was wrong. When i returned i asked for the manager at that point i was soo disappointed in their customer service and rudeness that i wanted to make an complaint, only the person who had took my order and was so rude was the manager. I explained that my order was wrong and i didnt like how i was talk to and that at that point i didnt want the food at all because i dont know what could be done to it due that i have been treated soo poorly and disrespectful i asked for a refund. At that point she began to roll her eyes snap her neck and snach the bag out of my hand and say i dont have anything to do with that im not the one who took your order or made it and slammed the glass in my face.Again she began to speak so loudly that we could hear so i called my husband and told him what was going on. She called everyone from the back they are all going into the bag looking at everything the whole time while using profanity pointing and laughing. She then turns her back and gets on the phone afther about five minutes she gives me my refund and leans all the way out the window and says i called the police on you, you dumb bitch you not suppose to be recording us.At that point one of the other female workers began to take her phone and started to record us saying this is going on facebook this girl with her rat friend in burger king drive way acting stupid. Which pissed me off because im a 40 something year old grown woman with a daughter who is in her second year of college who also volunteers at retirement homes.Afther telling them good im glad you called the police i waited for a while no one came so i went home But not before telling them i was going to complain and call their corporate office. When i said that they all laughed and said who cares good call.Needless to say i will never be going back to that burger king they are slow rude and disrespectful and i work too hard for my money to give it to someone with no customer service and so rude.
