I'll be reporting this restaurant to the Better Business Bureau. Last night I went through drive thru with my 3 year old and ordered 4 items was told there would be an 8 minute wait on grilled chicken which I agreed. When I pulled to the pickup window I was given my drinks and told to pull forward. When I asked for my kids Happy Meal, was told it wasn't ready yet and that I needed to wait. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. I called the phone number on the receipt and got no answer and decided to unbuckle my child and go inside. When I got to the door the cashier burst through and thrust the food in my face with a "here". When I said that it had been over 30 minutes, she claimed it "wasn't her fault," and that "they were short staffed." that I had been "told that there was a wait on chicken." When I countered that "I had agreed to an 8 minute wait, and not a 35 minute wait," she called me a B@$(% in front of my 3 year old. I demanded to speak to a manager and she stated that they were too busy to hear my complaints. This was as I was walking inside the restaurant. I demanded to see a manager 7 times over the course of 15 minutes, all while the rude cashier kept telling the manager that she had said they didn't have time for me. My daughter was balling. When a manager finally came up (one that had been standing there the whole time), he was also rude. I told him of the ordeal and that my food was served after 30 minutes cold and he rolled his eyes and asked what I wanted him to do about it. He said, "What do you want a refund." When I said yes, he took my card and left for another 15 minutes when he came back with my card, he snatched the original bags back, including the Happy Meal from my kid which made her cry. I said, "Ahh No we get that food." He claimed that, they don't allow people who made complaints that resulted in a refund to keep the food." My daughter was wailing and was wailing that she was hungry when I left.
This is the worst example of customer service I have EVER experienced in MY LIFE. This fast food chain needs to be closed down. After my experience, I have read of 100's of similar complaints about this particular location. The place was FILTHY, even for a McDonalds. The "manager" was clearly NOT the manager, especially when I demanded the franchise owner phone number and he had to be directed by the original cashier on where to find it. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
