McDonald's locations in Fort Wayne, IN

i whould like to say is that i go to this macdonals on and off me and my mom and wife were there on 9-8-19 and the lobbby floor was so greesy that me and my wife all most feel.the pop area was dirty and sloppy and trash all over. we waited on some help for 5 mins. this the 3rd time we been there and the ice cream was broken down and shake machine broken down, greease and food all over the floor as far as you can see back thought there. workers with earbuds in not leasoning. workers talking on there cell phones. workers leaning not working. the managewr had to close the lobby and told all of us there he was short works .left the drive through open.watching teen workers hanging out the window chatting to there friends when there were people needing help and the manager doing most of the work. i will be a long time before i will go back,maybe never. unhappy the way thing looked and plain right down dirty.

I'll be reporting this restaurant to the Better Business Bureau. Last night I went through drive thru with my 3 year old and ordered 4 items was told there would be an 8 minute wait on grilled chicken which I agreed. When I pulled to the pickup window I was given my drinks and told to pull forward. When I asked for my kids Happy Meal, was told it wasn't ready yet and that I needed to wait. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. I called the phone number on the receipt and got no answer and decided to unbuckle my child and go inside. When I got to the door the cashier burst through and thrust the food in my face with a "here". When I said that it had been over 30 minutes, she claimed it "wasn't her fault," and that "they were short staffed." that I had been "told that there was a wait on chicken." When I countered that "I had agreed to an 8 minute wait, and not a 35 minute wait," she called me a B@$(% in front of my 3 year old. I demanded to speak to a manager and she stated that they were too busy to hear my complaints. This was as I was walking inside the restaurant. I demanded to see a manager 7 times over the course of 15 minutes, all while the rude cashier kept telling the manager that she had said they didn't have time for me. My daughter was balling. When a manager finally came up (one that had been standing there the whole time), he was also rude. I told him of the ordeal and that my food was served after 30 minutes cold and he rolled his eyes and asked what I wanted him to do about it. He said, "What do you want a refund." When I said yes, he took my card and left for another 15 minutes when he came back with my card, he snatched the original bags back, including the Happy Meal from my kid which made her cry. I said, "Ahh No we get that food." He claimed that, they don't allow people who made complaints that resulted in a refund to keep the food." My daughter was wailing and was wailing that she was hungry when I left.

This is the worst example of customer service I have EVER experienced in MY LIFE. This fast food chain needs to be closed down. After my experience, I have read of 100's of similar complaints about this particular location. The place was FILTHY, even for a McDonalds. The "manager" was clearly NOT the manager, especially when I demanded the franchise owner phone number and he had to be directed by the original cashier on where to find it. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I recently relocated to this side of town and this franchise is now the closet to my home. Every time I go I say I'm not going back. It is dirty inside. My order is right about half the time. I always go in because the drive thru line is so long. Terrible service, unfriendly staff and it appears they are way under staffed. I will drive out of my way to avoid this franchise and visit the one on coliseum across from the mall or the one on lima close to dupont.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. It has been a dream of mine to work at McDonald’s ever since I was a little kid. Finally, at age 42, I decided to put in my application. And in person interview was scheduled at my local McDonald’s, but when I arrived I was told the person doing the hiring had left two or three hours ago. I texted the manager, who then told me, 24 hours later, that the position had been filled. So I applied for a different position. Again, I scheduled an interview via video. I waited on the video call for half an hour after my appointed schedule time. Again, no one showed up to interview me. I again texted the manager and got no response. A few days later I received a call from Dublin Maine Claiming to be from my local McDonald’s telling me that they did not think I was a right fit for their store. My question: how did they decide this without even interviewing me? Very unprofessional and rude. I filed a formal complaint and am currently waiting on contact from the franchise owner.
