McDonald's locations in Houston, TX

I visited this McDonald's because I was already at the Museum and it was the only place to eat. After placing my order, I was waiting with all the others and watched the General Manager, Veronica Sanchez eat her Chicken Nuggets with sauce using her fingers. Problem was that she was bagging orders using the same dirty fingers she just ate from!!! Her nuggets were next to a register that the Museum employees order from. I guess she didn't realize or care that everyone waiting on their orders could see her eating! Finger to nugget with sauce, then to her mouth, then picking up fries and hamburgers using the same fingers she just ate from! I told her it was not sanitary and that her being a general manager should set a better example for her employees and realize that a lot of eyes are on her. She said I was right and she apologized, but she didn't seem as if she really meant it or even cared she was eating while touching my or the others food! Even grosser was the other employee that wore her apron into the ladies restroom and kept it on while in the stall! How do I know she kept it on in the stall, because the apron did not hang on the hook below the bottom of the door and when she came out of the stall, it was till tied and worn the same exact way as when she went it! I told her this is not sanitary; your apron should never be worn into the restroom. She only smiled because I don't think she understood English, so I pointed to the apron and the restroom and said NO. She shook her head, but I still don't think she made the connection. I called and spoke to the Department Manager, Donald and told him about the experiences. He said employees know better than to wear or take their aprons into the restroom, and he apologized for the General Manager, Veronica Sanchez eating and then handling the food. Donald said if I come back to ask for him next time...don't know when I will be back, but I will ask for him and see what he will do.
