McDonald's locations in Philadelphia, PA

This place has a manager, Shareem Upshaw, who is a THIEF. I ordered a Big Mac no cheese $5.09, a small french fry $2.39 and a large sweet tea $1.99 and a large sweet tea surcharge of $.45. This totaled $9.92 plus $.79 tax for a grand total of $10.71. I paid with a $20 bill and was given $9.29 change. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I was told they did not have any sweet tea and asked if I wanted something else. I told them no and asked to have my money refunded for the tea ($199, $.45 plus $.20 tax). The total refund should have been $2.64 because that's what I paid. I was given $2.00 and when I told them I was owed $.64 more cents, I got a very nasty, angry, loud mouth manager who gave me a really hard time and insisted they do not charge tax on drinks. This went on and on, back and forth and after telling me he gave me the $2.00 out of his pocket, he gave me $.50 more. I told him that he still owed me $.14 and of course, I didn't get it. I am trying to find out who the district manager is and I want to file a real complaint about this.
