McDonald's locations in Wichita, KS

This McDonalds has steadily been going down hill for several months, especially on drive through. It is not uncommon for cars to have a 5+min wait in line, numerous drive offs to the Sonic a block south. The people seem to be working as fast as possible, but for some reason the speed through the drive through and the quality of the food has declined. They rarely have 2 people working the windows, they have 1 person working the last window, taking $$$ and handing out food. This Sunday was the worst, my pancakes were like potholders, I HAD to use the serrated knife to cut them. Down town people will NOT continue to tolerate the abysmal service, Sonic and Spangles beckons and seem much more enticing every day. I will boycott this restaurant and lobby others to do the same. They have broken my trust. I cannot continue to get to work and find shoe leather pancakes and tasteless food.

Another time getting a fruit parfait that is more like curdled soup. I even asked the man who took my order this morning whether or not they were fresh and was assured that these were made fresh THIS morning. Completely false. The guy taking the orders apparently doesn't realize that even though they were making fresh ones this morning, they were still serving the ones made three days ago. I can't stand to eat them when they're all separated and soupy and runny and disgusting. More money pitched into the wastebasket...

On a positive note, the man who takes the money in the morning is always in a good mood and very pleasant!

They Stopped The "Family Meal Pack", Other McD"s In Wichita Are Still Making Them, BUT THEY WERE RUDE When I Asked Why They Stopped And Would Not Tell Me Where I Might Get One Close...

Staff always friendly! Even nice to my messy toddlers. Food is great and inside is super clean and very pleasant since the remodel. I would drive by some other McDonalds to come to this one! Drive thru is fast a well.
