I just moved into the area and I have not been getting my mail. I called and made a complaint and it still the same. I mailed myself a letter and the letter was in my mail box 11 days from the time I mailed it...I am so disappointed in the Postal service. I used to live in Southwest Phila. We didn't have a steady postal worker but they were there with your mail and they didn't make excuses as to why the mail wasn't on time
or in the case delivered..

I been doing all my business in Nicetown post office for almost 25 years, always have been informative and patience with each customer. I have seen how busy it can get. This post office Is so near my house that it has taken me of lots of jams. Especially when I had to have important letters or send packages, I did not to worry about it. I knew it will be in the indicated place and on time. Thank you for your service over the years. Will be there again tomorrow, I need to send a certified letter, trusting that it will be pleasant experience like always.
