I will never ship through UPS again. I called to ask why they couldn't do a pick up when they are already delivering to us. The manager at UPS told me that the local Manager Samantha in Bellingham, WA said that if we don't schedule & pay for a pickup, the drivers are not obligated to take our packages. Since we run a retail website as well as an 8 bay repair shop, this is completely unacceptable. We will now ask our vendors to please ship Fedex, and we will do our best to avoid any UPS shipments. So disgusted.
