I had an emergency where in I had to ship a bike for my employer. The bicycle was for an adult, weighed alot and I considered just sending money for a new bike. I spoke a few of the employees about my dilemma. Each employee knew the same things. This mean that UPS is consistent and open about the product knowledge and requirements for shipping all sizes and shapes of packages.
All the employees were knowledgeable, willing to help and efficiently exercised their ability to get the job done. I was shipping a bicycle and there were complications. The size of the bike would make it awkward and expensive to ship. Mike Rucker, whose been worker at UPS in Naples, FL was very detailed, and explained the cheapest and best way to ship the bicycle. I cannot thank him enough.
Needless to say, I was happy with the result.
I also learned where the shipping center was. The location will make life alot easier.
