I went to this store tonight with my children. We spent 30 minutes in drive thru. There was a group of teenagers out front at the windows taunting the guy in front of me in the drive thru. He even threatened to call the cops. When I got to the window I complained to the guy at the register about it. He ignored me at first, so I said it again. He said ok have a good night. My response was ok well don't do anything then...in a sarcastic voice. As I drove off, the group of teens started yelling profanities at me that my kids heard. The workers did NOTHING to remedy this and allowed the kids to stay out front taunting drive thru customers. Then....to make matters worse....we get home and the food is wrong and completely disgusting. I called and reported everything to corporate. Then I tried to call and talk to the manager and the phone just rang every time I called. If there was an option of giving a -10 rating I would. I will never return to this Rallys.

There was a hair in my drink and my funal cake was hard and so was my bun on my sandwich , I had to throw it all away and found it very disgusting !!!! Will never eat there again !!!!
