Comments: Pressure from hot water tap at 3-bay is very low, and water does not get to the 110 F temp needed to completely remove grease/lipids (such as those in whole milk) from equipment. Repair so that water is free-flowing and under pressure, and reaches a temp of 110 F. Please use ware-washing equipment in the hotel until water to Starbucks is repaired.
