3.2 Observed two sleeves crackers were open in the cabinet. Keep foods closed to prevent contamination and to prevent pest attraction.
Note: Discussed relocate Clorox wipes to a separate area from food and equipment to prevent contamination.
This inspector was unable to relocate a refrigeration thermometer, this inspector provided a thermometer today.

*4.4 Cooler temperature was 45°F. Maintain ambient air temperature at 41°F or below in order to keep potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) at 41°F or below.
-PIC adjusted temp and agreed to call for repairs. Will return to operation to verify cooler temp.
