- Notes: Operation is still using HG200 Gel Automatic Preventative Drain Maintenance System for the floor drain under the three vat sink. A letter was sent to Medina City Schools from the Medina County Sanitary Engineer dated 12/21/09 regarding the use of this chemical. Please refer to this letter.
- Notes: Walk-in was holding at 34°F, Cinnamon Pizza 160°F, Milk cooler 38-41°F, McCall unit 37°F,
- Pizza in walk-in cooler 33°F.
- Reportedly all the schools in the Medina City school district are serving breakfast.
- PIC was calibrating thermometers when this inspector arrived.
