Foods shall be thawed in the following ways: under refrigeration, under cold running/draining water, or as part of the cooking process. The chicken was still partially frozen. PIC placed the chicken into the cooler today. TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE: One inaccurate long stem thermometer observed. Maintain thermometers accurate to 32°F +/- 2°F, in an ice bath, in order to properly monitor food temperatures. Thermometer was calibrated today. One accurate long stem thermometer was also available. CHEMICAL: Observed a bottle of Robitussin cough syrup on the beverage counter. Store personal medications in a separate designated area to prevent possible contamination. PIC relocated the medication today. DATEMARKING: Observed a pan of pork for carnitas, prepared 2-3 days ago, lacking a date mark. |

Always fast and friendly service. The food is always hot and delicious. I moved to Parma and still drive to Brunswick for takeout here.
