- *4.4/5.1 The 3-compartment sink has been removed from the operation. However, open beef jerky in plastic containers with tongs are being used. Observed 1 plastic container above the back handsink. Provide a 3-compartment sink in order to wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment; use disposable equipment; or sell only pre-packaged jerky. Contact MCHD prior to any plumbing work in order to obtain any necessary permits. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized and clean to the sight and touch.

- 3.0 Observed several canned goods with price tags concealing the expiration date. Do not cover expiration dates.
