- *7.1 Cans of paint were stored on the rear storage shelf with concentrated beverage syrups. Store toxic chemicals in a separate designated area separate from or not above food and equipment to prevent contamination.

- 4.4 Repair the damaged edge on the counter top with the hand sink, to provide a cleanable surface.
- 6.2 Provide a hand washing sign in the men's restroom, to inform employees where to wash hands.
- 4.4 Repair the damaged door seal on the walk-in cooler display door with the Energy drinks.
- *3.2 Bacon and eggs (raw) were stored above the milk and with the butter. Different types of raw animal foods shall be stored separate from each & other raw and ready-eat foods to prevent cross-contamination.
- 4.5 Clean the wired shelves throughout the walk-in cooler which are soiled or contain a mold-like growth.
- 5.4 Keep the dumpster lids closed to prevent pest entry.

- NOTE: Unable to determine if the light bulbs in the storage room (near the exit door) are shatter-proof. Also, inside the walk-in cooler door. If the light bulbs are not shatter-proof, replace with shatter-proof bulbs or provide a light shield.
- -Hot dogs, Tornadoes, Breakfast Sandwiches, and Pizza are hot holding properly above 135°F.
- -Breakfast Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, and Sub Sandwiches are cold holding properly below 41°F.
- -Observed proper chemical storage and retail display.
- -Observed one accurate digital thermometer available for use.

- -the interior bottom in the Arctic Air freezer
- -floor below shelves in the walk-in cooler
- -walk-in cooler shelves storing milk and below the Smirnoff bottled beverages
- Clean these items at a frequency to prevent accumulation
- 4.4 Repair the torn door seals on the True upright refrigerator. Equipment shall be in good repair.
- 5.1 The faucet at the three compartment sink is leaking. Repair this. Plumbing shall be in good repair.
- 4.1 Place the thermometer in a visible location inside the Arctic Air freezer.

- C/*3.2 Observed the following foods, stored on the counter for food prep, cold holding improperly:
- -deli ham 58°F
- -cheese slices 52°F
- Potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) shall be cold holding at 41°F or below in order to limit bacterial growth. Recommend taking out only the amount of product to be prepared so that the rest of the product can remain under refrigeration.
- *4.2 Observed two inaccurate long stem thermometers. Provide accurate long stem thermometers in order to monitor food temperatures. One thermometer, without the sleeve, was able to be re-calibrated today.
- 4.4 Repair the following torn door seals:
- -R/Beer Cave entrance door
- -walk-in cooler entrance door
- Repair these.
- -Foods hot holding @ 135°F or above.
- -Observed employee wearing single-use gloves to avoid bare hand contact with pizzas/sandwiches.
