R/5.1 The hot water in the hand sink of the Family Restroom was reading 78°F, men's restroom was reading 93°F, and in the women's restroom was reading 89°F. Maintain hot water at least 100°F in order to effectively wash hands.
*2.4/4.1 Observed the longstem temperature measuring devices were reading 28°F, 28°F, and 27°F, in an ice bath. Temperature measuring devices shall be accurate within +/- 2°F to monitor temperatures of foods. These devices were calibrated today.
6.4 Repair the damaged floor tile by the dish machine, to provide cleanable surface.
6.4 Provide pest control measures for the ants under the dish machine.

Lipil formula was dated 6/1/10, and one can (28.8 oz) of Enfamil Grow Soy Next step formula was dated 6/1/10. Check and rotate stock regularly. These expired products were removed from the sales floor today.
*4.4 Observed QAC sanitizer contained 200-300 ppm in the three vat sink and 300 ppm in the spray bottle. Maintain QAC sanitizer at 200 ppm in order to effectively sanitize.
