I stopped going there because of the terrible service!
The managment is the worst!!!
I guess the employees must've walked a while back, on the weekend. So the manager locked the doors and actually put a sign out that stated the walk-out and we are temporarily closed.
WOW, the franchise owners need to learn a little about the value of their staff, and appriciate their effort, and not assume that just because you give the title of manager, doesn't mean the person knows how to manage people.
I will never return to this location again!

Went thru drive thru and normally I get unfriendly service and missing food but last night I received awesome service and all my food. The drive thru person named Marissa was so friendly and very pleasant and had a great smile. The people that handed her the food was also smiling very big. I don't know what they did to that store but it has made a big turn around from what it was. I am highly impressed and it confirms my decision to keep coming back for more.

I went on into Taco Bell/KFC about 2 weeks ago, and the store was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The cashier was named Linda and she was very nice and helpful in what I was looking for. I ordered KFC, and got the food with in 2 minutes, and the lady that called I believe her name was Brandy, she was extremely nice and pleasant, and smiled at me asking if I needed anything, and told me to have a wonderful day. The food was fresh and hot. I was having a really bad day, but going in their turned it around. You guys need to get more people in their like this Brandy. Thank you

the restaurant is very unclean. I do not know how it passed the health inspection or how much it cost to pass.
the service is poor this is not from one visit but multiple visits hoping that they cleaned up I have walked out without food several times. tried to register on KFC website with technical issues each time.
