My family and I went for lunch. I had gone to refill my drink and get more ketchup and napkins. As I reached for a ketchup container I noticed a roach crawling towards the ketchup dispenser, which was slightly open. The roach crawled IN the ketchup disoenser. I immediately went to the employee that was at the front register and she giggled and said "oh no" but did not address the issue with management or anything. When asking if I could speak to a manager she said they were not available. We did not eat our food and waited to see if she would do anything, but she continued taking orders and when she didn't have anyone, she just stood at the counter WHILE people were refilling their drinks and getting ketchup. She did not warn them, so I went over and told them. Nothing was done about it the entire time we were there.
