I absolutely hate going to this store. The staff is mostly rude, their customer service is horrible! I once was waiting at the counter and the only customer in the store and it took me almost 10 minutes to pay for gas because the manager and the employee decided it was more important to finish their conversation first about being understaffed and how all that over time is helping them lose weight but makes them sooooo tired! Literally, I had to stand there for the whole story. They will be making food when someone comes in or up to the counter and they don't even greet or acknowledge that anyone has walked in. The prices are almost double what you'd pay at another store. It always takes at least ten minutes to pay for gas or anything from this store, they are just incredibly slow. If it wasn't for it being less than a mile from my home, then I'd never go there. We almost always opt for driving to the place on bethel rd and Hardesty for drinks or if we need gas, we just drive all the way to Tecumseh now. The only good things that I can say about the store is that its always clean and well stocked. Their employees need to step it up with their customer service skills and learn to speed up their work though. I have worked for Kwik Stop before, my bosses would not have accepted this and its sad that its almost like its ok to slack off nowadays. I've lived close to this store for almost a year and its been this way the whole time and I'm fed up with it!
