    --Food facility does not have available correct sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Firm has strips for Quat but is using chlorine sanitizer

    --Light cover on overhead light in back storage is cracked and needs replaced. Also top lights in the deli case need shielded from breakage.
