    Black filth, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around water distribution tubing and freeze plate. DO NOT USE. Please empty ice machine COMPLETELY!! Wash, Rinse and Sanitize all parts and allow to air dry before refilling. This machine WAS NOT cleaned during the time of this inspection and bagged ice will be utilized until approval is obtained .
  • Frequency of Cleaning Cooking & Baking Equipment & Microwave Ovens (46.713)
    Observed microwave not cleaned at a frequency to preclude dried food build up and filth.

    Observed dust accumulation on exhaust fan on wall under hood. Observed 1 inch gap under door in kitchen leading to outside. Observed build up of black residue on floors, under equipment and around legs of equipment. Correct within 5 days of this inspection.
