--Chicken,Shrimp,Beef was held at 50°F, in the Prep Cooler in kitchen area, rather than 41°F or below as required. PIC stated foods placed in holdng unit this morning around 9am.Unit emptied, foods placed in walk in cooler and lowered temp of unit(41*F achieved)

--Prep cooler in kitchen area has ambient temperature of 50*f. Do not store foods in unit until ambient temperature is 41*F or below.PIC lowered temp knob on unit and 41*F ambient temp achieved.
- Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
--Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the kitchen area.
