    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed water/condensates leaking at the *Meat Rooms cooling unit above handwashing station. Black drain line also leaking/dripping water and has slime residuals on exterior.

    --Sanitizer bucket supply sanitizer dispensing unit in hot foods/deli dept was empty. New container brought to area and connected to dispensing unit.
