    --As stated in previous reports, Kitchen sink is to be used for handwashing and only for handwashing. Three bay sink in bar is for warewashing. Wares and utensils observed in a drainboard next to kitchen two bay sink. Use this sink for handwashing and handwashing only. Otherwise, kitchen will need a three bay sink and a separate handwash sink.
  • Mechanical Ventilation as Needed (46.944)
    --As stated in previous report, No high heat, smoke, or grease-producing cooking is allowed since there is no NFPA exhaust hood. Grease splatter observed on the walls around the stove. Grease-producing cooking must cease.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Grease splatter observed on walls around stove. Clean today and maintain. Cease any grease-producing cooking since there is no NFPA hood.
